SnackTime was cooked up by best friends and world-class snackers, Anisha Sisodia and Marley Frank.
Two women with wildly different backgrounds and a big appetite for transformation.

  • A cultural futurist and narrative strategist shaping how story drives behavior, builds meaning, and moves people.

Her work explores how storytelling influences our brain and behavior — a thesis she’s brought to institutions like Stanford and Google — and helps visionary teams architect leadership systems, campaigns, products, and platforms that move people.

At SnackTime, Marley leads executive advising and narrative strategy, guiding high-capacity founders and creative teams through pivotal seasons of scale, transition, and transformation. Navigating 10+ years of complex chronic illness and dissability with fierce commitment to regenerative impact and the strategy of joy, she brings deep insight into how people adapt — emotionally, neurologically, culturally. Whether she’s creative directing a world, a story, or a go-to-market moment, her work invites teams to build brands that don’t just follow culture, they shape what’s next for a better future.

  • A visual architect who transforms ideas into immersive brand worlds.

With a sixth sense for the visual codes that move culture, Anisha has directed global campaigns, overseen multi-million-dollar shoots, and led cross-disciplinary teams across food, tech, entertainment, wellness, and lifestyle.

At SnackTime, Anisha translates strategy into market-ready visuals, shaping the content systems and sensory storytelling that drive cultural relevance and consumer connection. Raised between Indian kitchens and Belgian traditions, she approaches creative leadership with an instinct for harmony, hospitality, and cross-cultural fluency – ensuring every touchpoint invites people to see themselves in the story.

A note from our founders

It began the way most things do with us:

Mid-bite, mid-confession.
The juice of ripe fruit dripping down our wrists,
olive oil on our keyboards,
books and plates and flirty texts sprawled open on the kitchen table.

A question we weren’t afraid to ask.
Laughter spilling over half-finished sentences.
Voice notes that turned into fear-defying frameworks for building a life and a career we love while navigating the ever-demanding tides of change.

We saw our friends —
Brilliant, high-achieving, wide-awake people.
Raising capital, raising children, raising standards. Building worlds.
Carrying the thrill and the weight of the future while still trying to feel alive in the now.

How do we build a legacy when the life we live so often feels like too much and not enough?

SnackTime is our response to that wonder.
A lab. A sanctuary. A partner to sit down at the dinner table with.

To celebrate the things we love most about who we are. To champion who we can become, together.

A place to slow down and savor.
To remember that the future gets built one bite, one breath, one brave decision at a time.

We don’t believe in urgency for urgency’s sake.
We believe in resonance. In design. In the power of PLAY and the science of story to rewire what’s possible —
for you, your company, and our culture.

This is brand-building as culture-making. As precision. As pleasure.
We’re so glad you’re here.

Let’s eat!
